Slice paneer and sprinkle salt, halldi and red chili powder on it and keep for 10 mins
In a bowl add chopped veggies and salt and boil up to little bite
Soak chick pea for 1 hour and the cook up to soft.
In a bowl heat 1/2 tsp of ghee and place the paneer piece. When down part is cooked turn and cook again. switch of the gas
in the same pan heat 1tsp of ghee.
Strain the veggies and add to the ghee. You can keep the veggies water as broth
Now add all the powdered spices qnd sitr fry
Serve hot
